- Customer visits on your behalf where the information obtained from the credit report is insufficient to make a decision.
- Customer visits for all problematic customers and where applicable will reschedule and secure the account where possible.
- Branch visits including working through aged analysis on a monthly basis and submission of a written report.
- Design and implement of a credit policy tailor made for your company.
- Training where applicable of both Credit and Sales staff
- Advise on any legal matters.
- Final Demands sent on your behalf as we are registered with the Council of Debt Collectors.
